The Holy Spirit is the third person in the trinity and is a gift from Jesus.

Role of the Holy Spirit

  • Teach Christians daily.
  • Be an advocate, counselor, and helper.
  • Reveal the truth about God.
  • Give power to become witnesses of Christ.

Gifts of the Holy Spirit

Extra-ordinary favors given by God for the benefit of believers.

  • Gift of wisdom (deep understanding).
  • Gift of knowledge (basic facts about Jesus).
  • Gift of faith (confidence in God).
  • Gift of healing (power to heal).
